Electrical Engineer for HVDC Transmission Projects

Tasks:

  • Responsibility for performance and project management of studies for analysis of electrical power systems, network planning and grid development
  • Responsibility for the planning and analysis of electrical power systems, network structure development, simulation of electrical power systems, modelling electrical network elements including power electronics
  • Coordinating and aligning engineers from different technical groups and virtual teams within a multi-cultural environment
  • Actively involved in pre-acquisition and sales activities to grow our business
  • Integration of power electronic devices, renewable generation, storage devices, etc. into AC grids (conceptual studies, feasibility studies, tender studies, project execution)
  • Coordination of external partners and sub suppliers

Qualifikationen:

  • University degree in electrical power engineering (master degree)
  • Solid knowledge of typical power system simulation programs (e.g. PSS/E, PowerFactory, PSCAD/EMTDC)
  • Good communication skills in business- fluent English and German
  • Initiative, creativity, analytic and strategic thinking, teamwork, customer orientation and intercultural teams characterize your preferred working environment
