  • Management of tasks in an international environment across many different time zones
  • Interaction and coordination with many colleagues
  • Maintenance and management of calendars
  • Coordination, invitation and documentation of meetings
  • Planning and organizing business trips
  • Workshop planning and Conducting workshops
  • Processing of orders, e.g. office supplies etc
  • Support of individual projects in the area of communication
  • Support of the internal web presence and corresponding channels, e.g. AHM, newsletter

Das zeichnet Sie aus:

  • Minimum one completed apprenticeship
  • First relevant professional experience in the above-mentioned area of responsibility
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Good tool knowledge is an advantage (e.g. SAP, Concur)
  • Conversational English and German, both written and spoken
  • Passion for organization and coordination
  • Quick perception and willingness to learn
  • Proactive problem solving and support of the team
  • Professional appearance towards internal and external contacts
