OSB AG is looking for an IT System Engineer (m/w/d) for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions in the environment of Digitalization, Data-Migrations and ALM-Integration. You will focus on architectural design, implementation, and improvement of Product Data Management (PDM) solutions with the main tool PTC Windchill in a sustainable way by your own work results or in leading projects and workstreams. Within our global highly motivated IT PLM team you work with different stakeholders from the overall IT organization, project teams, internal customers, and suppliers. The position can be staffed in Regensburg, Nuremberg, Schwalbach or Berlin.

You are happy to take on these tasks:

  • Proof of concept designs and identification of optimization and enhancements opportunities.
  • Work together in teams to consult and come up with innovative ideas.
  • Lead projects or workstreams in your technical area, e.g. for Data-Migration and -Separations.
  • Governance over, operation and administration of the PLM integrated solutions. 
  • Steer and coordinate activities with external suppliers for fulfillment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Support for the system integration and user acceptance tests when required.
  • Ensuring the overall system architecture.

What makes you stand out:

  • Academic degree in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or a similar qualification.
  • Long- term experiences in system integration architectures, standards, and tools.
  • Good knowledge of and several years of experience with PTC Windchill regarding its technical setup and functionality
  • Proven knowledge in leading projects in technical area
  • Experiences with agile development methods would be a plus
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken); German language would be a plus
  • Experiences in working with international teams
