Manager System Engineering (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

  • Managing a function that is directly responsible for providing the system engineering activities that allow the development to design wire harness distribution systems in line with the customer’s requirements
  • Leading and developing the associated team members
  • Ensuring engineering objectives are met and customer/supplier needs are fulfilled.
  • Responsible for the effectiveness and efficiency of the system design engineering function
  • Communicating and present to customers or suppliers at a management level
  • Taking responsibility to decide any issues of management importance within authorized limits and drive decision making processes on higher levels where appropriate

Your tasks:

  • You have an experience in Systems (circuit design) Engineering and managing teams of people within the automotive industry.
  • Client facing experience is essential.
  • Degree in Engineering, preferably electronics
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • Structured, goal orientated and methodic work performance
  • Good command of English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
  • Excellent communication skills and team focused
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel
