Infrastructure Customer Solution Engineer (m/f/d)

You are happy to take on these tasks:

  • You will work as a product support engineer for classic and adaptive AUTOSAR solutions, dealing with the OEMs and Tier1s as stakeholders.
  • You will provide technical product support as well as project support to our customers (AUTOSAR software tools, AUTOSAR basic software, hardware drivers, software configuration, ...)
  • You will be closely aligned with our tech centers and development teams
  • You will present our EB tresos and EB corbos products and solutions in customer meetings.
  • You will contribute to the internal support process definition
  • You will contribute to the product trainings.
  • You will be part of an international, globally distributed team..

What makes you stand out:

  • You are educated as embedded software developer or hold a university degree in Computer Sciences, Robotics, Automotive Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
  • You are experienced with make-tool chains (such as GNU Make), Unix and/or Cygwin command line
  • Linux skills are a benefit
  • You have general SW development skills (python, java, perl skills are a plus)
  • You are experienced in automotive communication bus system (CAN, FlexRay, Ethernet, LIN).
  • You are experienced in the automotive AUTOSAR standards as well in the division of application and flash bootloader.
  • You are a problem solver and team player.
  • You have excellent communication skills and you effectively interact with customers.
  • You are able to work on cross location level.
  • Your English is excellent, both in writing and speaking
